Ans: Rhodium is 925 Silver, a member of the platinum family and it is more durable than gold plating. Rhodium plating makes the silver even shinier and protects it from tarnish. Silver will not tarnish until the rhodium plating wears off.
Q2: How long will the rhodium last before it get washed off?
Ans: It depends on usage and how you protect your jewelry. With proper care, it will last up to two years.
Q3: Why don’t I see much rhodium plated silver selling outside shop?
Ans: Rhodium itself is a very expensive metal. It is more expensive than gold. That’s why you can’t find it outside easily. Shops selling silver with rhodium normally will easily cost more than SGD$20.
Q4: Will your silver turn black or tarnish (turn brown)?
Ans: Silver will not turn black. It will turn only brownish. Silver without any coating naturally will get tarnish due to the environment. However, it can be washed away and the silver will shine again.
Q5: Where is your silver from?
Ans: Our silver is mainly from Korea. Some are from Taiwan or Hong Kong.
